Meredith Communications KSOM/KSWI Contest Rules
• TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, YOU MUST NOT HAVE WON ANYTHING IN THE PAST 30 DAYS OR ANY PRIZE VALUED AT $500 OR MORE IN THE PAST YEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
• ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED IN PERSON WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS OF WINNING, OR PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

CONTEST Description
The Meredith Communications Vault Cracker begins April 9th 2012 and will continue until prize is won no later than May 31st 2012.
a) Listeners must wait until the cue to call is given, in the form of a recorded sound bit, the 5th call that is answered will be eligible to guess a random 3 digit code that could unlock the vault. If the correct code is entered the caller that guessed will win the amount of money in the prize vault.
b) Listening in the morning between the hours of 6a-10a will give you a two hour window as to when the cue to call sounder will be played. Clues to what the combination could be will also be given at random times during the day.
c.) Money amount in vault is a random sum of predetermined cash to be paid in form of a check; and is not the cash equivalent to the combination.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
1. Contest is open to all Iowa residents inside the KSOM-FM listening area unless otherwise specified by station management.
2. Contest winners must have a social security number to participate in the contest.
3. Employees of Meredith Communications, its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, employees of other southwest iowa electronic and print media, family members, and members of their immediate households are ineligible to participate or win.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate.
5. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
7. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by Meredith Communications as final.
LEGAL CONDITIONS
8. Payment of all applicable taxes is the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form or the equivalent based upon the retail value of the prize.
9. By participating in the contests, listeners and the contest winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and must sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. By entering the contest, you agree to comply with Official Rules and with the decisions of the sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the contest.
10. Contest winner will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $500.00 or greater. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners agree to hold the Meredith Communications, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, owners, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from the contest winner’s participation in this contest.
11. Failure of a contestant to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant disqualification.
12. Prize must be picked up at Meredith Communications, 413 Chestnut Street, Atlantic Iowa 50022. Winner will be required to provide positive identification and a social security number.
13. All decisions by Meredith Communications management regarding any aspect of the contest are final.
14. Meredith Communications assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, internet, fax or email.
15. Participants in this contest will have their voice recorded and the phone call will be used for broadcast.
CONTEST Description
The Meredith Communications KS95.7 Career Move begins on April 9th 2012 and ends May 31st 2012.

b) KS95.7 Club Members will be drawn at random and announced at 10 minutes to 10am, 11am, 12p and 1p. Club members whose names have been announced will have 9 minutes and 57 seconds to call 243 6885 or 800-222-0965 to get on the KS95.7 Payroll and earn $9.57/hour, for each hour they are on the payroll.
c) Listeners will stay on payroll until the next club member calls in and bumps them off the clock or until 2pm the same day. Any one listener could earn $9.57/hour for a maximum of 4 hours per day if they were the first club member announced, check in in the allotted time and no other club member has bumped the off the payroll. The listener on the payroll for the last hour (1p-2p) the following day will be put back on payroll if club member doesn’t call in the following morning in the allotted time.
