  1:00PM 6:00PM Walnut Public Library hosts Scholastic Book Fair   Walnut Public Library will host a Scholastic Book Fair during National Library Week, April 8th thru the 13th. The Book Fair will be open Monday thru Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. Also, on Saturday the 13th, best selling author and former Walnut High School student, Michel (Hack) Prince will hold a book signing of her new book "The Guardian's Heart" which recenly received a Best Book Review from Long and Short Reviews. Michel is the daughter of Walnut resident, Isabel Zworak. For more information about these events call the Walnut Library at 784-3533.
  8:00AM 2:00PM St. Paul's Lutheran Church Rummage Sale   St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Atlantic located at 1011 E 13th is hosting a Rummage Sale. Featured items include plants, baked goods, collectibles, clothes, household items and other good stuff. Use the west door for entry.
  12:00PM 1:00PM Atlantic Kiwanis Monthly Meeting   This Thursday, April 11th, at 12:00 pm, the regular weekly Kiwanis’ meeting will be located at the Atlantic Pizza Ranch. Joyce Jensen, from the Recorder's Office, will be joining the Atlantic Kiwanis for lunch to share about about current events in the recorders' office. Please join us.
